The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Seasonal Store Manager to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the business with management oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Fishing Bridge Store.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year

What will you do?
- Support management in overseeing retail stores, portable locations, warehouse operations, sales, and team members
- Implement retail programs for stores to meet corporate standards and achieve goals
- Participate in product development
- Manage in-store merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation
- Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level to ensure procedural and policy compliance
More about you
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of retail operations management experience preferred
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail operations
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- No degree required

- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
