What will you do?
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and employees
- Floor care during nontraditional hours, working late evenings / overnight
- Routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, and burnishing on hard surface floors and stairwells
- Use specialized equipment and stripping chemicals to clean, repair, and refinish floors
- Vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting carpets, stairwells, hallways, and common areas.
- Responsible for Wall cleaning
- Routine cleaning including restrooms, employee dining room, and sales floor
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
- Perform other duties assigned
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in general maintenance, floor cleaning, and repair is required
- Strong independent work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and graveyard shifts
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Physical requirements
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
