What will you do?
- Evaluate and implement safety programs, recommending updates and improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Review and refine safety policies and procedures, including emergency response and hazard communication, to address deficiencies
- Conduct and document workplace, property, and equipment safety inspections, proposing corrective actions as needed
- Lead safety training for team members during on-boardingand throughout the season, ensuring ongoing safety awareness
- Perform hazard identification analyses, develop job hazard checklists, and investigate incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures
- Driving company vehicles as needed
More about you
- Must be enrolled in a safety program or related and have completed sophomore year of college or higher
- Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; Photo-shopand Illustrator skills are a plus
- Valid drivers license required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
