Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Retail Operations Intern Intern to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.

What will you do?
- Research emerging technologies, trends, and guest expectations
- Brainstorm innovative concepts to enhance our guest experiences and operational efficiency
- Develop a proposal outlining the project’s vision, feasibility, and potential impact
Learning Objectives:
- Mentors will provide guidance, advice, and insights into DNC and YGS
- The interns will participate in leadership and project management meetings.
- They will have one-on-ones with the senior leadership team, including time with managers within different departments.
- They will be able to live and work a week at a store location within the park, shadowing a store manager and working shifts in different front/back of house roles.
After the program, the interns will present their “YGS Experience” project proposal to a panel of Senior Leadership. This presentation will showcase their creativity, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Pursuing a Degree in Retail or Hospitality Management program preferred
- Area of Study(s): Retail, Hospitality
- Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

- Ablity to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift, pull, hold up to 50 pounds
