Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:

5 Day Work Week 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

· Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product

· Takes customer orders and fulfills each customer’s individual needs

· Maintains parts inventory for new and replaced parts.

· Receives returned items with maintaining an organized work space

· Handles ordering, receiving and stocking inventory

· Processing paperwork for parts and invoices

· Maintaining job knowledge with continuing education and research

· Work closely with the service, collision and wholesale department

· Day-to-day dealership parts department responsibilities

· Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

· Data entry skills and computer proficiency

· Great attitude with high-energy personality

· Excellent customer service skills

· Verbal Communication both in person and on the phone

· Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Automotive Parts: 1 year (Preferred)
