About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Work will involve approximately 25-30% travel. You will be working with a small, collaborative and friendly team and responsibilities include:
- Identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contacting new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasizing the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answering questions about the products
- Collaborating with colleagues in many different industries including, but not limited to Automotive, Printing, Plastics
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar field is preferred but not essential if a proven successful sales track record can be shown
- Experience in technical sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ideal candidate will have hands-on technical background in a service or industrial environment
