- Manage client relationships and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement procedures and policies for administering staff workflow and personnel activities.
- Organize workflows and supervise day-to-day activities to meet billing deadlines and maximize payments.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance carriers, payers, and revenue cycle processes.
- Oversee new client onboarding.
- Participate in planning, troubleshooting, and processing in various billing areas.
- Analyze billing and claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Audit current processes to improve efficiency in billing and collections operations.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
