We are seeking an experienced **Service Engineer / Technician** to join our Field Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing our complete product line across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, as well as occasionally traveling to our parent company in Germany.
**Job Description:** As a Service Engineer / Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment at customer sites. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support. Your strong mechanical and electrical skills will enable you to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to understand mechanical, IEC electrical diagrams, and PID diagrams
- PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills (windows)
- Experience using on-site heavy equipment, specifically forklift and scissor lift
