**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Service Engineer / Technician** to join our Field Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing our complete product line across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, commission, and service our equipment at customer sites
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and effectively
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of mechanical, IEC electrical diagrams, and PID diagrams
- PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills (windows)
- Experience using on-site heavy equipment, specifically forklift and scissor lift
