Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing our complete product line, working closely with customers to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service our complete product line
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure seamless operations
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Assist with the Refurbishment program at our Warminster location when not traveling
Requirements
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with IEC electrical diagrams and PID diagrams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills (Windows)
- Familiarity with on-site heavy equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts
