Job Description:
- Maintain production equipment, troubleshoot label application issues, and oversee daily operations.
- Manage maintenance of Mark Andy presses, FlexoWash equipment, and other production machinery.
- Coordinate OEM maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure operational readiness of company vehicles and manage vendor relationships for materials and tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for label application issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, including documentation and vendor management.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipment coordination.
- Serve as a back-up delivery driver for company products.
Qualifications:
- Technical or Associate’s degree preferred, with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Great Plains.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to maintain DOT Medical Certification.
