As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts, driving traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing return on investment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective Google Ads strategies for multiple client accounts to achieve campaign objectives, such as increasing website traffic, generating leads, or driving sales.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, create targeted ad campaigns, and continuously optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum performance across various industries and markets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to meet their specific goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, search engine marketing, and digital advertising, and implement new strategies accordingly to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Set up Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Ads Accounts, including connecting Conversion Events and other KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and other team members to ensure Google Ads campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client expectations.
- Test and experiment with different ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to improve campaign performance and drive better results for clients.
- Manage budgets effectively across multiple client accounts, allocate resources wisely, and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend limits while maximizing client ROI.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to the Google Ads platform and other relevant digital advertising platforms and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients or accounts, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving objectives across different industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze campaign data and extract actionable insights for clients.
- WordPress website experience.
- Working understanding of the relationship between Search Engine Optimization, Local SEO and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.
- Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads, is a plus.
