Position Summary
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee and enhance our sales operations, processes, and systems to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with our CRO, VP of Sales, Director of Global Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Sales Managers, and Senior Salesforce Administrator. The Sales Operations Manager will also manage a small team of Sales Operations Coordinators. This role will be critical in establishing a thriving and scalable global sales team.

Primary Responsibilities
Refine, develop, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Drive initiatives to accelerate sales pipeline growth and productivity and forecast predictability. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate.
Identify and reduce non-sales or customer-impacting activities to make our teams more productive.
Establish consistency across global sales operations by identifying and defining existing challenges, introducing a deal desk function to quickly and accurately provide answers to inquiries from the sales team, and formalizing approval processes.
Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to review, refine, and create new how-to documentation for the sales team; establish procedures for maintaining up-to-date and relevant documentation
Alongside our Senior Salesforce Administrator, co-own our Salesforce-integrated technologies. Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of sales technologies and partner with the sales enablement manager to identify process changes or training requirements to ensure desired outcomes are met and maximize ROI.
Partner with sales managers to align sales processes and technologies and support generating accurate sales-related data.
Provide input to developing and delivering sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Partner with RevOps Analyst and Senior Salesforce Administrator to ensure key data needed for monitoring KPIs and building meaningful dashboards is available and accurate.
Manage a small team of Sales Ops Coordinators and identify ways to support the team’s success, effectiveness, and overall well-being. Engage in weekly 1 : 1 meetings, establish KPIs, advocate for the team’s needs, and make recommendations to better align the team's responsibilities with overall sales and revenue operations.
Work closely with our CRO, VP of Sales, Customer Success and Sales Managers, Sales Enablement Manager, and Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive efficient and rapid revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Finance role within a technology or SaaS company
Minimum of five of experience working with Salesforce CRM
Minimum of two years of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Salesforce CPQ
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the business sales cycle and workflow
Meticulous organization, high standards of accuracy, and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient knowledge of SFDC objects and object relationships
Knowledgeable of other innovative sales technologies such as Hubspot, 6Sense, Ebsta, etc.
Experience managing people
Experience supporting a global sales team and working with multiple currencies in a CRM
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Experience working with multiple business models and pricing and packaging structures
Demonstrated ability to analyze deal economics and structure deals quantitatively.
