Key Responsibilities for Success
Recruit and Maintain a Strong Mentor Network
- Conduct community outreach to recruit mentors.
- Develop and execute quarterly recruitment plans and measure effectiveness.
Ensure Effective Enrollment and Matching
- Lead mentor and mentee enrollment, including applications, screenings, and interviews.
- Facilitate successful matches between mentors and mentees with input from families.
Support and Develop Meaningful Mentor-Mentee Relationships
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and supervision to all match parties.
- Offer engagement activities that foster relationship-building.
- Actively engage parents/guardians to ensure long-term match success.
Deliver High-Quality Programming and Maintain Compliance
- Implement evidence-based mentoring practices to ensure program quality.
- Work closely with the Program Coordinator to meet grant and program requirements.
- Track and report on program outcomes at quarterly improvement meetings.
- Ensure all evaluations, assessments, and documentation are completed on time.
Maintain Organizational Excellence and Leadership
- Operate within budgetary guidelines and approve necessary purchases.
- Adhere to the Agency’s policies, procedures, and success standards.
