HOURS
Summer/No School Days Schedule: Monday – Friday Shifts Between 7:30am – 5:30pm
School Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Total hours 40 per week
*Hours will be set based on the needs of the program and may change to assist with training as well coverage as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS POSITION
- Always supervise clients by maintaining line of sight, foreseeability, and providing the minimum standard of care.
- Be able to participate in or lead groups and fill in for another L&G Staff when that individual is gone.
- Be able to set up the schedule on your shift and/or other groups on your shift.
- Always complete the required daily paperwork.
- Keep paperwork up to date.
- Plan activities for clients which will be related to the theme.
- Plan with activities instructions printed and copied for staff and clients
- List and gather all materials needed for activity.
- Give a copy of the materials needed to site supervisor…
- Always keep all your trainings up to date.
- Assist in planning the in-house and out of house activities.
- Be able and willing to participate in the in house and out of house activities. This may include taking the clients to community activities such as concerts, parades, etc. Day Trips out of town.
- Be able to help in the Planning and preparation of these outings. Help getting the required paperwork, helping get meals ready, getting the equipment assigned to the clients.
- Always assist in the cleanup daily.
- Always assist in keeping the L&G area picked up and clean.
- Always maintain a positive attitude, good boundaries, and demonstrate teamwork.
- Schedule time off as stated in the All Staff Guide for success.
- Ability to be flexible to assist with coverage in case of an emergency or staff needing time off.
- Always maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Work to achieve positive STEAM outcomes for clients and families (team based)
- Operates within budget (team based)
- Always manage milieu in ordinance to All Staff Guide for Success and Guide for Maintaining Successful Certification Standards.
- Always function within Agencies Policy and Procedures.
Salary : $15 - $19
