Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compensation Analyst located in Houston, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job analysis, job evaluations, and compensation planning. The Analyst will also develop and maintain compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management
- Experience in conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining Compensation Structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
