What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at Yes&?
ROLE
Manage all aspects of the resort’s front office operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively handle and fulfill all guest requests and guest issues.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Maintain proper scheduling of employees.
- Recruit, interview, hire and monitor training of new employees.
- Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action.
- Appropriately document accidents and incidents.
- Ensure safety compliance at the front desk.
- Maintain Interval International’s front desk rating at or above five-star minimums.
- Process all invoices generated by and for the department for payment, in a timely manner.
- Monitor all training processes.
- Promote positive inter-departmental relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales contracts, reservations, interval policies, etc.
- Detailed knowledge of company policy/procedures.
- Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum of two years front desk experience.
- Minimum six months in a supervisory position.
- Must have professional appearance.
- Basic math and budgetary skills.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.
REVENUE/BUDGETARY/STAFF RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure that front office operating costs are within budgetary guidelines.
Salary : $65,000 - $69,000
