Experience & Requirements
- One year in healthcare environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a PT/Rehab Technician with YesCare at our facilities on State Road: CareSpace in colloaboration with YesCare supports a virtual and hybrid physical therapy (PT) program for the correctional facilities. The 12 week rehab program focuses on improved musculoskeletal flexibility, strength and endurance.
The Rehab Tech coordinates the transfer of patients in the correctional facilities and attends all sessions with the patient. Logs into a teleheath consultations and virtual rehab session in CareSpace. Reports any issue to CareSpace related to the patient.
Other Duties Include:
- Submit a weekly report to CareSpace and YesCare for each active patient participating in the CareSpace program with the activity of the given week.
- Coordinate telehealth patient consultations between CareSpace admin based on patient's availability.
- Meet weekly with the CareSpace team to review the status of patients' telehealth and virtual rehab sessions and provide a status.
- Communicate between YesCare and CareSpace when patients are not able to be seen.
- Support all telehealth consults by logging into CareSpace and administering the CareSpace virtual sessions.
- Actively communicates between CareSpace and YesCare regarding any technical or logistical issues, etc.
- Work with CareSpace Admin to make sure appropriate documentation is created for each patient.
- Prepping patient for telehealth calls
- Maintains safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
