Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Services Manager to oversee clinical services, ensure compliance with national standards, and develop clinical protocols and policies.
- Serve as the responsible physician and health authority required by national standards.
- Provide direction and assistance to the on-site quality improvement program and corporate Continuous Quality and Safety Improvement program.
- Manage referrals to outside healthcare facilities for appropriateness, quality, and continuity of care.
- Serve as a resource to other professional or non-professional personnel, providing instructions as needed.
Accountability
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring timely documentation of patient records, adherence to evidence-based medicine, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Ensure all documentation is timed, legible, and signed.
- Ensure all verbal or telephone orders are countersigned within seventy-two (72) hours.
- All test results ordered in facility must be reviewed within 72 hours.
