Position Summary:
The Associate Dean will assist the Dean in the areas of administration, programming, overseeing the Mashgichim, budgeting, contracts, faculty hires, and degree programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist the Dean in matters related to:
- Administration
- Registration (UTS/RIETS)
- Student follow up
- Advising / Bechinos
- Probation letters (UTS)
Programming
- Shabbos
- Sichot/ Guest speakers
- Chanukah/Purim/ASYT
- Bein Hasemesterim/June Zman
- Student Leaders / SOY
- Mashgichim
- Budgeting / Forecasting
HR Related Matters
- Stipends
- Contracts
New Hires Faculty
- Schedules
- Attendance
- Grades
- Room assignments
- Office space
Degrees
- AA (UTS)
- MHL (RIETS)
- Certificates (RIETS)
Experience & Educational Background:
- BA and Rabbinic ordination required
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Ability to engage students both 1:1 and with frontal presentation
Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000
