Position Summary:
Work closely with the Director and Associate Director of Athletics in the day-to-day operation and administration of the athletics department.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ordering team uniforms, practice gear, spirit pack and coaches gear
- Uniform distribution and retrieval
- Creating graphics and fliers for social media, team tryouts and upcoming events
- Administrative tasks, including creating job requisitions using the PageUp platform, and processing invoices through the MaccaBuy system
- Working with the head athletic trainers to oversee rehabilitation and recovery of student-athletes
- Game contracts
- Home event management
- Oversee web store and on-campus merchandise sales
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
Experience & Education Background:
- Certified athletic training and/or physical therapy degree
Skills & Competencies:
- The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Someone who can work effectively as part of a team
- Someone who takes a mature and logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work nights and weekends
