Position Summary :
Yeshiva University's Institutional Advancement department seeks part-time event support for our Long Island division, working with the Senior Director of Institutional Advancement on fundraising and community-building events.
Position Responsibilities :
Managing event logistics on-site and remotely including but not limited to :
- Setting up a / v
- Connecting laptops and projection equipment
- Ordering food for the events
- Setting up the tables, food, and place settings for the events
- Ordering centerpieces and / or host / hostess gifts
- Registration check-in
- Handling funds
- Interfacing with event attendees
- Working with vendors
