Position Responsibilities :
- Heavy emphasis on administration and coordination of various leaves of absence.
- Facilitate communications and transmission of accurate data between the company, employees and health and welfare and voluntary program vendors.
- Respond to general employee questions regarding benefit and 401(k) plan provisions and enrollment changes, notify vendors of necessary changes related to Qualifying Life Events when appropriate.
- Manage the benefits email box and incoming benefits related voicemails.
- Research benefits enrollment issues within multiple systems and coordinate with various benefit vendors to identify and correct enrollment errors or resolve employee concerns.
- Assist employees with complex issues related to benefits coverage and coordination with related benefits.
- In conjunction with external vendor, process COBRA notifications and maintain related records according to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the development and distribution of benefit communication materials and open enrollment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
