Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and maintenance management practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain the functionality of all equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality workmanship.
• Manage the maintenance schedule using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components, to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and logic controllers for troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment for all staff.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical systems and HVAC operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role or similar position within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, high voltage, low voltage applications, and logic controllers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance activities is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
