Job Description :
- Plumbing Designer will provide full building system plumbing design.
- Work on commercial projects : healthcare, education, civic, and housing.
- Focus on commercial plumbing systems, piping & waste, gas, and fire suppression.
- Act as the senior company plumbing designer.
- Design full building plumbing systems including domestic water, gas, and fire suppression.
- Field verification of new projects, identify code deficiencies of existing plumbing systems.
- Submit plumbing drawings, schematics, flow calculations for state review / approval.
- Project specifications including sizing and selecting materials, fixtures, and equipment.
Education and Experience :
Compensation :
Base salary range : $75,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr plus annual bonus, sign-on bonus, and stock options.
