Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to help with Coordination and Sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about talent acquisition. This is a five-month contract with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, and on-site) with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience and provide timely updates.
• Handle candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements.
  
  

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search, and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct basic candidate assessments to qualify talent.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) is a plus.
• Passion for talent acquisition and building strong candidate experience
