Retail Customer Service Associate


Dukanee Beauty Supply established in 1962. We are a dynamic and leading Retail company dedicated to the distribution of professional beauty supplies, providing manufacturers with channels to reach customers across professional, non-professional, and B2B segments. As we expand we are seeking a talented Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Service Representative where you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service and driving sales growth. In this multifaceted position, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries, assisting with orders, and providing in-depth product information. We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for sales opportunities, aiming to upsell products and services to enhance both customer satisfaction and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Actively engage in upselling products and services to optimize sales opportunities and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and meticulous customer records, thoroughly documenting all interactions.
  • Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints or issues, striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistent and superior customer service.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the customer service process to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the training and onboarding of new customer service team members.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address complex customer inquiries or issues.
  • Participate in meetings to share insights and suggestions for enhancing customer service strategies.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service or a related field.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong aptitude for upselling and effectively promoting products, driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in time management and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
  • Knowledge of technical sales and familiarity with technology products, enhancing your ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain meticulous customer records.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, enabling prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints or issues.
  • Collaborative team player, working closely with team members to ensure consistent and superior customer service.
  • Adaptability to identify and implement improvements in the customer service process, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Active participation in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to contribute to the training and onboarding of new team members.

  • Proficient use of customer service software and familiarity with relevant tools used in the industry.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

Part-Time positions available:

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:


Hourly rate: $15.00/hr
