The Client Liaison Specialist is responsible for managing engagements between the assigned Principal(s) and their clients, acting as an extension of the Principals to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of strategic goals. This role involves supporting multiple Principals in fostering long-term relationships and executing functions to develop and maintain business relationships.

- Maintain and manage the Principal’s calendar, confirming all client appointments and travel are accurately scheduled.
- Field and respond to Principal’s inbound calls.
- Book travel arrangements and manage expense reports, establish timely submission.
- Adhere to and preserve confidentiality standards both internally and externally.
- Act as a central communication hub, providing necessary information to teams and ensuring seamless coordination between Principals and their teams.
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments and internal meetings for assigned Principals Build and maintain client relationships.
- Create and maintain daily/weekly action items spreadsheet to keep Principals informed of key tasks and deadlines.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Act as a liaison to internal departments with client feedback and request to adjust service offerings.
- Communicate between management and clients to ensure engagement readiness.
- Act as a liaison between Principals, clients, and Client Service Coordinators ensuring sufficient communication and timelines to meet client expectations.
- Track ALL tasks through SafeSend and XCM reports, so that all relevant parties stay informed of progress and deadlines.
- Monitor 1040 organizers in SafeSend for targeted completion, transitioning to CSC/SurePrep at the designated step, as well as reaching out to client for additional inputs when necessary.
- Monitor quarterly tax estimate lists and provide to CSC to distribute/deliver to clients.
- Cross-training in, and knowledge of, all Tax processes and applications, as deemed required by Tax Lead, Tax Principals, and/or COO.

- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of cooperation and teamwork through daily interactions with co‐workers by maintaining positive working relationships with other team members and displaying an attitude of helpfulness, a focus on team success, and the consideration of the ideas of
- 2-year college degree preferred.
- 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ability to respect confidentiality.
- Adept organization skills.
- Experience with Project Management.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
