Warehouse Worker

## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities including packaging, stocking, order fulfillment, and warehouse management.

Morning shift: 6:30am-15:00pm

Night shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Compensation:

The probation period is 90 days, with a wage of $18 per hour.

After the probation period, the hourly wage will be adjusted to $20.

Vacation and Overtime:

• 5 days of paid vacation annually.
• 5 days of paid sick leave annually.
• Observance of all federal holidays.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

Health Insurance:

The company provides health insurance, covering 90% of the premium.

The insurance includes vision and dental coverage.

## Duties
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment for packaging and fabrication tasks
- Manage stock levels by organizing and maintaining inventory
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safety in the warehouse environment
- Operate reach trucks for moving materials within the warehouse
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes

## Requirement
- Experience in warehouse operations including order fulfillment and stock management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively
- Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in operating reach trucks and other industrial equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.16 - $21.00 per hour
