Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain and create Operational Procedures, including SOPs.
- Oversee and provide strategic leadership to a team of Cultivation Center managers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Manufacturing/Cultivation Centers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management, and stakeholders.
