Job Summary
We are seeking a English and Spanish Speaking Call Quality Monitor.
This role will require listening to calls, either incoming or outgoing from our Company, to ensure compliance to our very high standards.

- Verifying accuracy of calls against strict quality metrics.
- Preparing and sending reports to Team Managers
