What We Need
We're looking for an interactive designer who can build bold and unique HTML advertising creative. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical design skill set and a strong understanding of animation as well as being diligent and organized in their delivery.
What You Can Expect In This Role
You can expect to design and build animated HTML ad formats based on a creative brief or client direction within a given campaign deadline. There is also opportunity for assisting in the design and development of brand new ad products and experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Bootcamp, Trade School degree, or similar professional qualifications relating to graphic design, animation, web design, UX / UI design, or other related disciplines
- 2 years of interactive design experience within an agency or contract position
- Skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and G-Suite
- Knowledge of web animation tools like Tumult Hype, Adobe Animate, or Rive
- Video editing experience
- Understanding of the web development process
- Ability to read and write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Clean and professional visual aesthetic
- Awareness of current trends in advertising, UX / UI, and motion design
- Clear communicator that is organized with attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and passionate about about design and animation
- Self-starter and proactive attitude in learning new design technologies and techniques

US Jobs : The base salary range for this role is : $80,000-$120,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
