What We Need
We're looking for a Learning and Development Director to build and lead the company's L&D initiatives from the ground up. This role requires a deep understanding of the adtech industry, strong expertise in sales training, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences. Reporting to the SVP of People, you will play a key role in empowering employees across all functions to achieve their full potential, with a particular focus on driving excellence within the sales team.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Build the L&D Function : Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Yieldmo's business goals
- Sales Training : Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, focusing on adtech-specific knowledge, sales strategies, and more
- Company-wide Learning Programs : Create and manage onboarding processes, leadership development, and all training initiatives for employees at all levels
- Learning Frameworks : Establish and utilize evidence-based teaching methods and frameworks to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill-building
- Onboarding Excellence : Revamp and lead the onboarding process to integrate new hires quickly and effectively into Yieldmo's culture and workflows
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with leadership, marketing, sales, and the People team to identify skill gaps and customize training solutions
- Metrics and Impact Analysis : Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies to improve outcomes continually

US Jobs : The base salary range for this role is : $140,000-$160,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
