Assistant Store Manager – Yin Yang Tea
Are you passionate about Boba tea and providing excellent customer experiences? Yin Yang Tea is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with our business.
Position : Assistant Store Manager
Location : 265 White Bridge Pike Nashville, TN 37209
Hours : 30 - 35 hours per week
Compensation : $15 to $17 an hour plus tips
Responsibilities :
Assist with daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering and restocking ingredients and supplies.
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
Ensure that drinks and food undergo quality control to maintain a consistent customer experience.
Assist in the kitchen with drink and food preparation as needed.
Respond to customer emails regarding catering inquiries and other requests.
Help train and onboard new employees to maintain a high-quality team.
Assist with ensuring the store is compliant with health inspector guidelines.
Support the store owner with any additional tasks required to keep the business running effectively.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in food service, retail, or management preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Boba tea and providing top-tier customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
