Role Overview: HERNEST is a leading provider of high-quality furniture, committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Furniture Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Monitor market and consumer trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all sales channels.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture sales or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Location: NJ or YN


Required Skills:

Experience in marketing and brand experience is a plus.

Salary : $4,000 - $6,500
