Warehouse Supervisor experience with Transloading and Receiving
Location : Redlands, CA

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Redlands, CA location to lead daily warehouse operations and manage strategic goals. This full-time position requires a leader focused on optimizing warehouse performance, inventory management, transportation efficiency, and safety, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Transfer Operations : Manage and coordinate all transfer activities, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods between locations while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
- Team Supervision : Lead and support the transfer team, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training to improve operational skills and knowledge of best practices.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of goods in transit, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper handling and storage during transfers to minimize loss or damage.
- Coordination with Departments : Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams to optimize transfer schedules and meet internal and external client demands.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and address any issues or delays in transfer operations, working proactively to find solutions and improve overall efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety : Enforce company safety standards and ensure that all transfer activities comply with relevant regulations, including the use of proper equipment and personal protective gear.
- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transfer activities, providing insights on performance, costs, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement : Monitor industry trends and internal data to recommend improvements to transfer processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
