► ABOUT YINZCAM.
Our digital products are used by 200 professional sports teams and leagues around the world, including clubs and stadiums in the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, Liga MX, English Premier League, AFL (Australia), and more.
We are looking for an in-house, full-time Recruiting Coordinator, to be responsible for overall recruitment and hiring of engineers, designers, and project managers. This role will report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for the overall people growth of the company, in terms of head-count, to match the pace of the company's sales growth and global footprint.
► THE DAY-TO-DAY OF THE ROLE.
- Track job applicants across LinkedIn Jobs and TeamWork Online.
- Review job applicants and resumes, to identify qualified applicants.
- Screen job applicants using predetermined criteria for the appropriate fit with the company/role.
- Proactively source applicants for engineering, design, and project-management roles.
- Communicate with, and track, applicants throughout all of the stages of the interview process.
- Produce daily reports on the status of our recruitment pipeline.
► MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting and filling senior engineering and designer roles in fast-paced environments.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting and filling project-manager roles.
- 4 years of experience in using LinkedIn and TeamWork Online for recruitment.
- 4 years of experience in appreciating the differences between university programs, types of degrees, technology-related qualifications, and work experiences.
- A love of sports and an understanding of the sports industry is a major plus.
- Track-record of proactively sourcing the best candidates.
