What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at YLS Landscaping?
Office Assistant will handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, copying, sending out invoices, faxing, receiving guests, light cleaning and more, depending on the company and its needs.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, sending mail and picking up mail from boxes.
- Maintaining files, answering phones, taking and delivering messages.
- Welcoming visitors to our office. Strong time management skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Excel will be helpful.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and other duties as assigned.
Hours are: Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
