We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive residential setting.
About the Role
This is a full-time, onsite position focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in a residential care environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of young individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with residential staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a residential or similar setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for supporting the mental health and development of young individuals.
