About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a focus on Eating Disorders. This telehealth role offers the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in providing comprehensive care to patients aged 13-17 and adults struggling with eating disorders.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure evidence-based treatment for our patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols tailored to the unique needs of patients with eating disorders.
• Engage in telehealth sessions, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Stay updated with advancements in eating disorder treatment and psychiatry.
• Actively participate in strategic planning to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treating eating disorders.
• Active medical licenses in Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $254,822.00 - $275,031.00 per year
