Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Childcare Provider to join our dedicated team. As a Childcare Counselor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be skilled in crisis management, behavioral health, and medical documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Engage in play-based activities, arts, and crafts to stimulate children's creativity and imagination.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide before and afterschool care for school-aged children.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for each child.
• Support children in crisis situations and manage behavioral health needs effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to kneel or bend to interact with children.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and their families.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 26 per week

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• After school
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
