Overview :
The YMCA of Northern Colorado Inspire Preschool is looking for high energy full time Lead Teachers with a passion for teaching young children to work with our 2.5 to 6-year-olds. Strong customer service skills and a positive work attitude are a must, as you will be a role model for our littles. Our preschools provide a supportive work environment where all staff members feel valued and respected. We offer extensive training and learning opportunities to allow teachers to advance in their early childhood career.
Salary range : $19-$25 / hour based on experience. This position is year round, full-time 40 hours per week paid hourly with benefits.

Responsibilities :
- Support and implement the program curriculum to meet the needs of the children and the families in the program
- Provide care to children ranging from 2.5 to 6 years old
- Ensure a clean, safe and friendly environment for all participants
- Develop positive relationships with children and parents, resulting in the development of friendships, Y advocates and volunteers
