Under the direction of the Wellness Director the Personal Trainer will encourage, motivate, and support members in their pursuit of health and well-being. The Personal Trainer provides education of proper health and well-being principles and fitness components that are relevant to an individual's or small group's health and well-being goals. Major responsibilities of this position include : Member Engagement, Personal Training Design, and Management of Personal Training Members and Sessions. This position is instrumental in delivering / implementing personal training services that enhance : membership growth / retention, member engagement, relationship building, and other connection opportunities that encourage members in their pursuit of health and well-being.
EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE :
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR, First Aid and AED Certification
- Current and Approved, Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification
- Current Knowledge of Strength and Conditioning Training Guidelines
