What You’ll Do as a Billing and Administrative Coordinator
- Maintain client fee lists for all child care clients, family and center-based, and share updated information with the Admin Team and the Executive Director.
- Processes child care payments in Daxko, initiates termination notices and payment plans as required, and consults with clients regarding such. Follow up with terminations and processing unpaid accounts with collections.
- Report receivables to the Executive Director on a semi-monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly voucher billing and Service Delivery Reports for all Programs and submit to EEC.
- Assist the Admin Team and support the center in answering phones, taking messages, providing information, and answering questions.
- Edit and check client financial files
- check calculations
- ensure documentation is complete
- obtain any missing information and/or reports
- ensure updating of forms as needed
- Prepare monthly Association Report and submit to the Executive Director and the VP of Youth Development.
- Submit weekly attendance for all center-based programs to EEC and collect and track absences.
- Keep and maintain an Enrollment Spreadsheet for all center based and family child care slots.
- Create child care programs in Daxko and ensure that all enrollment is up to date and current.
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Billing or Finance required.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Outlook and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of EEC Billing policies preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and organization.
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
