Job Duties:
- Conduct and deliver Les Mills Group Exercise classes to a diverse population of members.
- Create a friendly & welcoming environment where members can reach their health & wellness goals.
- Attend all staff trainings/meetings and maintain any certifications related to the position
Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold current certification in Les Mills instruction
- Must hold current CPR/First Aid certification or complete the course within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive, friendly and energetic demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Schedule: Mornings, evenings, Saturdays, lunchtime; based on instructor availability and room schedule- Please let us know your availability!
Job Type: Part-time Hourly
Pay: $18.00 per hour. Plus, access to YMCA facilities (gym, pool ect.) for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave
