Description
Are you a friendly and energetic person? Do you enjoy running events for youth & teens that includes sports, arts and crafts, dance and other special events? If so, please consider applying for the Youth Sports Instructor position and joining our Youth & Teen team at the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA!
Qualifications :
- Have at least 6 months to a year of programming experience in the areas of youth programming including implementation, curriculum and / or coaching experiences.
- Must have the knowledge required for the maintenance of the facilities, equipment, program, staff, and schedules of the program area.
- Must be certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED within 30 days of hire.
- Have the ability to establish a supportive relationship with staff, volunteers, members and program members.
- Be able to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
Job Responsibilities :
Schedule : Varies; mornings, evenings, weekends-let us know your availability!
Job Type : Part-Time Hourly
Pay : $15.00 per hour. Plus, access to YMCA facilities (gym, pool ect.) for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave.
