What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at YMCA of Central Stark County?
In search of:
Qualified Lifeguards
Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
- If not certified, willingness to be trained
Available Hours:
- Specific to branches as needed, will be discussed with Aquatic Director
Responsibilities:
- Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
- Attends mandatory in-service trainings
- Positive attitude & team player
- Rescue ready at all times during shift
Starting Wage:
$11.10 - 11.75/hour
