POSITION SUMMARY:
Were looking for a passionate and energetic leader to oversee our School Age Child Care (SACC) programs! As the Director, youll manage multiple sites, ensuring top-quality care for children and strong relationships with families. This role combines leadership, creativity, and engagement with school aged children, making every day meaningful and fun!
WHAT YOULL DO:

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of qualified staff.

Oversee program operations, ensuring safety, consistency, and fun for kids.

Build strong connections with parents, schools, and community partners.

Manage budgets, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Keep things running smoothly while bringing fresh ideas to the table!
WHAT YOU BRING:

Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact.

Bachelors degree in education or a related field.
-
At least 3 years of leadership experience in administration and staff supervision.

1 year in licensed child care or early childhood education as a teacher.

Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and engaging activities.

Must meet Wisconsin State Licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher and Center Director.

Ability to stay organized, lead a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
