$18-$21.50/hour starting wage depending on experience and certifications

The Sun Prairie YMCA is looking for dedicated, caring swim instructors to provide safe and motivating aquatic instruction! Our instructors facilitate socialization, participation, and interaction of all participants in a fun and positive environment. This individual is also assigned occassional guard shifts.
Job Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age.

Strong swim skills and basic knowledge of all swim strokes: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly (preferred)

Current Lifeguard certification and YMCA Swim Instructor certification or equivalent preferred (not required)
