The YMCA of Easley, Pickens and Powdersville is seeking an experienced and strategic person to fill the role of Senior Properties Director. This position will help foster a Gospel-centered environment that is welcoming and safe, while also overseeing the maintenance and improvement of YMCA facilities and vehicles.
This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of 6-7 facilities, equipment and properties. Overseeing a team of properties staff throughout the association, this role will ensure that the physical assets of our YMCA remain in excellent condition. Technical work will be coordinated with the appropriate trades using vendors and contractors when needed.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
